Once you have located an item that you wish to purchase, choose the quantity and size from the pull down lists for each color you would like to add to your shopping bag. Then click the "Add to Cart" button at the bottom of the page. In the shopping cart, you may choose to continue shopping, edit or remove items or change the quantity of items ordered. If you would like to ship your order express, overnight or to an international address, please choose the appropriate shipping option from the dropdown list, which is defaulted to "Standard Delivery".
To begin the checkout process, click "Checkout". If you have placed an order online with CWDkids.com in the past, you may enter your email address to pull up your previous billing and shipping information. If you have a CWDkids catalog, please enter the code from the pink box on the back cover.
Returning customers may edit billing or shipping information. New customers must fill in the required fields for billing and shipping information.
If you have a coupon code, please enter it at the bottom of the page. Click "Submit & Continue". The discount will be reflected in the next step of the checkout process.
On the last page of checkout, you will be required to fill in your credit card information. Please note the credit card transactions are not processed real time. Orders will be downloaded from our secure web server twice daily and entered by CWDkids associates into our warehouse ordering system. Your credit card will not be charged until your merchandise ships from our warehouse.
If your order is a gift, please check the gift box and include a gift message (up to 50 characters).
Please enter any comments, suggestions, or questions in the "Comments & Suggestions" box.
Please check over all information thoroughly and click "Submit Order". After submitting your order, you will receive a "Receipt" which you should print for your records. In addition, an automatic email will be generated to verify that your order was successfully submitted.
If there is a problem processing your credit card, our credit-processing department will attempt to reach you by phone or email. If we are unable to reach you after 3 attempts, your order will be cancelled.

Inventory is updated on our website once daily. Items are taken off the website when they have sold out. If any item is on backorder, the date that we expect to be able to ship the item to you will be shown in the status area of the shopping cart.
