CWDKids accepts merchandise returned within 12 months of the original shipment date. We will either replace the item, credit your account, or refund your purchase price.
Please send all exchanges or returns via UPS or parcel post INSURED to the following address:

To expedite your return or exchange, please include your name, address, phone number, email address, order number, and a brief explanation of the problem. If you do not have your order number, call 1-800-242-5437 and one of our customer service representatives will be happy to help.
All returns are handled within three days of receipt at our warehouse. Please allow up to 30 days for credit to appear on your billing statement.
Please note that if the item was a gift, we will be unable to issue a refund to anyone other than the person who originally placed the order. You may request a CWDKids gift certificate or exchange by indicating that the item was a gift. Please be sure to include your name, address, and phone number as well as the name and address of the person who placed the order with CWDKids.
We will be happy to cancel any items off your order that have not already shipped. Please email us using our online contact form or call 1-800-242-5437(KIDS). Please be aware that if your order has already been processed, we may not be able to cancel the item. If your order has already been processed and shipped, you may return the item for credit within 12 months of the shipment date.
