CWDkids accepts merchandise returned up to three months
from the shipment date. We will either replace the item,
credit your account, or refund your purchase price.
Please send all exchanges or returns via UPS or parcel
post INSURED to the following address:

To expedite your return or exchange, please include your
name, address, phone number, email address, order number,
and a brief explanation of the problem. If you do not
have your order number, call 1-866-415-1267 and one of
our customer service representatives will be happy to help.
All returns are handled within three days of receipt at
our warehouse. Please allow up to 30 days for credit to
appear on your billing statement.
Please note that if the item was a gift, we will be
unable to issue a refund to anyone other than the person
who originally placed the order. You may request a
CWDkids gift certificate or exchange by indicating that
the item was a gift. Please be sure to include your name,
address, and phone number as well as the name and address
of the person who placed the order with CWDkids.
We will make every effort to honor your request to cancel an order after it has been
submitted. However, once the submit button has been clicked, the order will begin processing,
and we cannot guarantee that we will be able to stop it. We are happy to cancel any items off
your order that may be on backorder and have not yet shipped. Please email us using our
